Do we ship?

No, we do NOT ship. Anything on this website is based in Ohio. Quarter, Half and Wholes are to be picked up by the customer, YOU, in Shiloh, OH.

All bundles are to be picked up upon a negotiated location around Bucyrus, Tiffin, or Upper Sandusky OH.

What cuts do I get with a quarter, half or whole?

When purchasing a quarter half or whole, you can get any cut you wish and however thick or thin you wish.

Please understand there are not as many steaks as there are other cuts, however those cuts are just as delicious as the steaks!

What happens after I place my deposit?

Accepted Answer

After you place your deposit, you will get a text from us with more details such as what date your cut date is and a rough estimate as to when you will pick up (standard time is roughly two weeks after the cut date).

We will send you helpful information in regard to how to place your order and answer any questions you may have, our butcher will also walk you through the process of placing your order.

Once we have your hanging weight we will reach out to you with your remaining total, (minus the deposit). This will be required to be paid prior to picking your beef up from the butcher.

You will also owe the butcher a kill fee and a processing fee for their work.
