General
After you place your deposit, you will get a text from us with more details such as what date your cut date is and a rough estimate as to when you will pick up (standard time is roughly two weeks after the cut date).
We will send you helpful information in regard to how to place your order and answer any questions you may have, our butcher will also walk you through the process of placing your order.
Once we have your hanging weight we will reach out to you with your remaining total, (minus the deposit). This will be required to be paid prior to picking your beef up from the butcher.
You will also owe the butcher a kill fee and a processing fee for their work.
