Freezer Beef
We sell freezer beef in Quarter, Half or Wholes. When you purchase a quarter or half with us, you get a quarter or half of the ENTIRE steer.
A quarter is typically 175lbs-220lbs.
A half is typically 380lbs-420lbs.
A whole is typically 750lbs-820lbs.
All meat is state inspected.
The weights above are referred to as hanging weights and those are the pounds you will be charged off of.
When placing an order for quarter, half or whole the cuts are 100% up to YOU, the customer.
